450,699,763 shares O/S as-of 8/8/18. Compared to: As-of April 24, 2018, the issuer had 422,817,665 shares...and: As-of April 30, 2017, there were 349,100,675 shares
So let's see now, if I've got this right, this was the Q for Sept 2017 ( unaudited )... which 'only' leaves us behind the:
*10Q for Dec 2017
*10Q for Mar 2018
*10K for June 2018
and soon to be
*10Q for Sept 2018
....all per https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/QTMM/disclosure
And at that point, if filed timely (& if not hampered by 'auditing' requirements &/or the need to once-again be 'sponsored' by a MM) QMC can once again petition to be re-instated on the OTCQX....that's all
