Don't Get disillusioned. The company is moving ahead at full steam. It just isn't going to fly over night. Management is quietly moving ahead at warp speed .
There is a lot of frustration out there but the rewards will appear in time. They will all appear all at the same time. You have to have the patience of a saint. The waiting game is a tough one but well worth it as the rewards will prove what I am saying.
