No matter how this case ends up in the court system, there is something very funky going on with the need for anybody to continually insist it’s not naked shorting at ALL but ONLY the principals of the company to blame.
I continue to believe a serious amount of. Money has been taken by certain people with the ability to make markets or affiliated with the same that have something to hide.
I’d love to see that truth exposed
