From what I have heard and read, the trial judge in Nevada is singularly unprepared for this case. Also, J&J's attorney, who has zero legal facts or precedence on his side, is nonetheless very good at making poor lil' ole J&J into victims of Mr. Berman. It works for former DECN shareholders who have embarked on many campaigns to defame and libel Mr. Berman, why not for J&J?
