Definitely day traders and MMs. That's why I didn't get too excited for the boost in PPS because this happened about a month ago where PPS shot up to .01355 then went back below a penny a week later. I think these people are trying to play games to make the best bang for their buck. You will see PPS start to fall as it is now until some type of news comes out that will increase buying pressure.
