Absolutely ZPaul, CISCO's year end is October 27th and the CEO said in an interview (8/2/2018) that it wants to close the acquisition of DUO in the next 60 to 90 days !!! There are 44 to 74 days left to complete that acquisition per that time table. With CISCO's knowledge of StrikeForce and the accomplishments of Ropes & Gray in the Defeat of DUO's IPR challenge to StrikeForce's IP, would they want to close that deal with the unknown liability of domestic and international revenue that DUO owes StrikeForce and the threat of Triple Damages and Court costs? I would not think so, IMO.
