Little Rock FBI’s special agent in charge is Diane Upchurch who stalled the investigation. She was a lieutenant of former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe in Washington, D.C. and promoted by James Comey.
Rumor is that Little Rock FBI agents complained to Horowitz that the investigation was a scam and nothing was being done!
