changing out the name/ticker and cusip held off NRs' relentless PPS compression by about 9 months .. give or take (May 2017 to Feb 2018)
that said .. it's pretty clear NR is back assward .. based on what *legal* was last reported .. (to the best of my knowledge the highest number reported .. definitely since i've been invested ... about 5 years now)
