Well we are rolling into a week were the Q is due and the 10K is not released yet that was Due June 29th
Summarizing and speculation
It has been traced that Dubai has taken majority share control of the stock, Do they continue forward as PSPW a small energy company or change the entity and ticker for control under Falak Holdings merging groups.
The business aspect would make sense on net worth generation to do the change and IPO in some assets to become a world name, we have seen the Dubai group take primary ownership, but eliminating others partners and taking control of the concessions, they may have no Interest on emerging to the market as a energy company.
So you ask why would have they submitted the 8k on the project acquisition under the PSPW ticker symbol if they were going private? I would think at least they would have to settle with shareholders on buyout if their not market orientated.
So you have to ask yourself if you believe this about a big business move, or just a small energy company developing, and what is the intentions of these Individuals running this Shell company.
Why are the websites all down, the filings not being made,
Private or Public? Large financing coming for multi projects? The Ltd's have been created to position ownership shares.
