Yes they are wrapped up - DUO and Centrify were in settlement discussions before SA did their BS!
DUO selling SFOR IP to TW, so TW is done and DUO on the hook for TW. The SEC link I provided should clear that up.
DUO was not selling SFOR IP to Centrify that I've seen, and Centrify will need to pay up as well!
When SA case is settled soon, all current litigation will settle -- PAY UP. Then new infringers will be added and will be much quicker process now! After all SFOR just did and PTAB denied the IPR challenges! Then Supreme court states IPR rules, stop the IPR challenges!
