The fact is Hillary is in poor health and could not possibly handle the responsibilities of President of the U.S.
There is more than sufficient evidence that she has continuing health issues.
In 2017 she fell and broke her toe.
In 2018 she fell and fractured her wrist.
Maybe she should lay off the boos!
