IMO , I don't think SB's record keeping and administrative skills have been the best.
You have to remember that he was a cog in a large machine that was Time Warner. He likely had executive assistants and underlings doing all the (paper)work and he'd be the occasional closer and lead dog when it came time for entertainment and taking credit. Not that he didn't put in his time to deserve such a position.
But now he is on his own. He must keep track of every conversation, every sale and every thing. There is no one to delegate things to except at the end of the quarter to his CFO, Bailey, who may or may not still be with On4. A good executive assistant could juggle six balls at once. SB doesn't have that talent . He's a marketing guy who should know how to sell but does he know how to control costs when there is not an unlimited budget? Is he flying coach or is he still used to the luxury of flying business class from his TW days?
