Armyseal, I see no reason to believe the AGRiMED train will leave the station without UNVC. AGRiMED has made the cannabis transdermal patch a cornerstone of their medical treatment system. And, if you look at medical delivery systems, the patch stands out as a stellar method of controlled delivery of medications --- this is said by people who have no reason to favor one method over another.
