I read on this board that someone thinks Dalton may need to raise cash to pay for the financials. Wow! I sometimes wonder how some can have such low mentality. If Dalton was hurting for cash, then he would have been selling shares right along, but he has not sold a single share. In fact, Dalton told Junebug multiple times that he has not sold a single share of his own holdings. Now why would that be? Apparently, the answer is that he does not need the money at this time.
The likely real reason we have not seen the financials is because AGRiMED does not want that type of disclosure at this time. What is AGRiMED waiting for? Well we know there are at least four products mentioned on AGRiMED’s website and twitter, and one of those products is the UNVC patch (likely several versions of that patch in different sizes and in different strengths). Once paid for, UNVC would be obligated to disclose the financials, as well as other pertinent company information.
Investors would likely want to know how big the market might be for the UNVC patch --- but that would disclose what AGRiMED is working on too. If the other products have anything to do with UNVC, then that too would need to be disclosed --- that also may not be what AGRiMED wants at this time.
UNVC is a non-reporting sub-penny pink sheet company. So as long as they stay that way, little needs to be disclosed. This might serve AGRiMED just fine. Crockett and company appear to have much bigger plans then most can imagine. UNVC is coiled tight, and with any news, this stock is likely to explode.
BOOM!
