Do you have a cash account? Did you buy $ANDI with margin funds?
If you have a cash account nobody can borrow your shares.
The only way your shares can be borrowed is if those shares were purchased using margin funds.
Even if you lock in your shares, it doesn’t matter. You don’t own them, and your broker can and will lend them out to be borrowed at the market bid price.
