All of our Due Diligence is paying off and it's just the beginning. Now Mark Kay has confirmed that we shouldn't worry about next week's report after he had already provided a confirmation through uplisting to QB.

Think of what is in front of us as you pay attention to Mark Kay's clues:

1. Revenues:

sorry we can't publish the possibilities, only the facts, such as uplisting to the QB. We do expect revenues going forward.

We did pr some revenues and should have more coming and can't tell you all. You will see the 10Q's.

@Cloverscrosses Implementing several large deals. It takes time that I don't control. Nothing has changed. Revenues will grow.

Deals are now done, and they will pay off. Large firms take a long time to test products and they are now done. I don't control their timing.

2. Blocksafe Technologies. It's coming. Have you checked out it's new website and asked for your White paper yet?: www.blocksafetech.com

3. Lawsuits. When Mark stated in June that we were close to WINNING ALL of their current lawsuits we were very excited. Oral argument day in the near future will be glorious for SFOR.

4. Uplisting to OTCQB: This significant event allows for a spectrum of investors and investment houses to investigate SFOR that have not seriously looked at Strikeforce in the past. Us Longs do not have to wonder what they will find when they do! As a result, if you see large bids in the next few weeks you will not have to wonder where they are coming from.

5. I wanted to separate this new development involving Cisco purchasing Duo for $2.35 BILLION. This could be a turning point in the history of Strikeforce.

Here's what we know: Duo raised $70 million for a 'special project' months ago. It was not publicly released what the money was intended for??? George Waller pleaded with the court in a June 6, 2017 document to put an injunction on Duo due to Duo damaging SFOR's ability to use their own patents. At that time George used an amount of $73 million in Duo ANNUAL revenue for possible infringement. How big could this case actually be?

The purchase of Duo by multi-billion dollar Cisco with a desired close date of within the next 90 days. The fiscal Q1 2019 for Cisco started IN THIS MONTH of August 2018. Cisco stated they want to close this transaction by the end of their 2019 Q1 which is in October. This is highly significant. Questions to ponder:

Does the $2.35 billion now put a hard money value on the worth SFOR's patents? Does Cisco want to go into this Duo venture with a huge lawsuit hanging over them? Since Duo lost the PTAB challenge and submitted to the court last year that they were in settlement negotiations with SFOR where does this stand now knowing that the Supreme Court validated PTAB rulings and that Alice 35/101 has been shot down over and over again?

It is about to get serious...
