I myself have been wondering if something has changed. Reason being on WEWI main site yes they do state the have been aquired by Andi/Utopya, but on the main orginal page "wording" it states they have been "aquired by....." No name listed. They added what appears to me as a temporary section stating ANDI/UTOPYA aquired them. IMO this could because there is something different coming. Hopefully it's a game changing huge deal. Point is long term why not list them as the aquirers in the normal spot instead of ".........." Just speculation on my part but something's up. There a reason for it.
