OTCX market maker really taking advantage of manipulating the stock price downward this week and really working it hard today with a 7 mill block and they are sitting on the bid at .0015. Been reading up about this market maker and they are a nuisance in the OTC market created by OTC Markets for a way to short stocks and manipulate price action to the downside. Easy pickings for them to do so with ONCI at the moment since we haven't received any PRs or solid news for awhile and they are playing on peoples fears. Lets hope huge bid support comes in and drives us back up otherwise could get ugly tomorrow
