TPAC taxes are still unpaid. Looks like Bill is broke and his ATM stopped working. TPAC is dying a slow death with no money to continue.
Apparently he doesnt even have enough money to file the financials with the SEC as they are going on 1 year late now. I guess the good thing is the SEC doesnt normally suspend trading for 2-3 years for non filers. The downside is that 100% of all companies who are suspended for non filing are revoked and the ticker deleted.
Not sure how long Wyoming will let Bill go without paying taxes though.
