In theory you are correct.
Morally the company should be beholding to the investors desires. The difference is each investors personal interval of accountability and risk tolerance will differ greatly from others.
The OTC it is a highly speculative micro-cap market all based on daily drama. To me this is like Las Vegas gambling and in reality, I only risk what I can afford to lose. Sometimes I double down, sometimes I take half and walk away a bit smarter.
In this case - I am cautiously optimistic. You are right however, most companies fail due to being under capitalized. Based on what I can see with WRFX may have more challenges than the occasional lobster indulgence.
