Don't know for sure, but typically start-up capital funding is generated through issuance of restricted shares and there were around 850M issued. Again, typically, these shares are restricted from redemption for 180 days. So those that got issued in January started vesting in July and at that time we were in the 4-5 range. SP been dropping ever since. As they are redeemed, float increases, therefore diluting the sp. Just my opinion.
