Indeed, Mark should be holding out for much, much more! He would be foolish to consider anything in the range for what Cisco bought Duo!


SFOR's true valuation is still in the process of being established, but is perceived to be significantly higher! If Mark even entertained Cisco's offer, he would be leaving monies on the table! He is a very smart man, and despite some here being anxious about getting a buyout offer now, they too would be very wise to wait until SFOR continues to establish its successful climb to the top tier level of the cyber/crypto security industry! More success obviously equates to greater buyout value! IMHO!
