anyone else use IHUB L2? The Market maker OTCX is fairly new maybe been here about a month to 6 weeks now and they like to jump around from the bid to the ask but lately have noticed them only sitting on the ask. Now they just put up a 5 million block to sell. At first I was under the impression they were trying to accumulate on the bid but they aren't even listed on the bid. Not sure what the game is they are playing.
