Pro's:
-No Dilution for quite some time!!! (if she was going down they would have been milking HER) !!

-No 4k & HDR Content out on the market (when I say that I'm speaking to whole market!) not a little content here and there per say!!

-NTEK's encoding algorithm to get content to a manageable band
width.


Con's:
-Current legal issues...getting resolved.. jury out. (Pro or Con...)
-Losing Time "Window of Opportunity"...
