Many people say the daily numbers mean nothing in the OTC. The MM's have so few rules that they have to abide by that these numbers mean nothing. In the bigger markets the trades are governed by rules that the SEC tries to enforce and therefore certain things can be deduced from these reports. Not so in the OTC!
