$SFOR/DUO Judge already knows it, IPR battle was won by SFOR against all these infringers via https://jmp.sh/yWiPTv0 . Trustwave damages will also be rolled up into DUO damages.
DUO is/was in a big hole because of this infringement lawsuit & after they lost the IPR battle, they had no other choice but to ask their VC's to sell ( It's a Venture Backed private co) , which they did to CISCO for cool $2.35B before they lose all. ( IMO discussion with CISCO started back in Nov 2017, after they lost the case in Oct 2017 )
If CISCO has to close this deal in November, they have to assume all Infringement damages before the deal closes. As someone confirmed SFOR Mgt is very excited about this deal, so do I.
