I don't know that the "talk" of production offsets the failure to secure a licensing deal... Curtis probably went looking for financing and was told to back up Pal...when was the last time a feasibility study was done? Who knows...this could be why production is being initiated.

But as always, details are terribly lacking, although, I'm thankful Heddle didn't tow us out till "D-day".... again... but whatever. If the processing of these materials are in support of licensing...this should have happened years ago. I'm hopeful...but at this point....RH still needs to prove this isn't a part-time dabbling.
