JB, if I recall correctly Dr Dalton stated that there is a delay due to regulators and that it is not the SEC. Could it be FINRA? If there is an RM FINRA would have to approve new share structure and ticker change. Could the regulators be with the FDA? Possibly state regulators?

I'm so anxious for the Dr to release the beast. I still have a good feeling that this will be our month.
