wondered why pps was climbing -nothing on otc to indicate a rise-never seen this before -all PR postings here but not on otc
need $1 pps to be on NASDAQ
and need 1000 bopd for state energy credit but i read on another board elsewhere that there were indications that only 1000 bo PER MONTH in sept
