As people have speculated maybe there was a setback? Maybe FINRA is taking longer than they expected and they don't want to market UTOP under the ANDI ticker?
Have you ever made plans for something that had to get pushed back?
Nobody knows but even you have to admit a dropping PPS doesn't help them either. I'm guessing each of their wealth is also tired to the value of the company?
