Unfortunately, investors won't know in short order. As you've seen, there have been ten years where PTOI has been "on the cusp of success...but yet another and another new delay..."
It really isn't bad luck over and over and over and over and over--the statistics of every binary event going wrong every single time for ten years in a row is virtually impossible.
One prototype processor, one scale up processor, two commercial processors and then the 'flagship' commercial processor and PTOI is now telling investors that processor #6 will be purchased...while all previous processors are dead.
PTOI only makes sense from the perspective that it's a scam stock where the swindlers in charge are keeping the story alive with ten years of excuses why a processor simply can't be run.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
