I truly believe that SA, or at least their legal team knew immediately after the California ruling, that the validity of that ruling would not only be questioned, but eventually reversed in an appeal. SA might have enjoyed a brief moment of victory, as they issued a PR touting the victory, but reality will prevail thru the appeal, and another strong precedent will be established in favor of SFOR and its patented technology,thus strengthening our position in the remaining lawsuits, and subsequent lawsuits to be filed. A WIN-WIN for SFOR, and what will be a very short, and long forgotten moment of victory for SA!!!
