Why is financing needed?
Perhaps you didn't even read the last Q, where it said KMAG had $80,000 in the bank (a/o 10/31/12) and that revenue was expected to be sufficient to fund operations?
Didn't read that, eh?
Well, READ IT!!!
And after you've read it, go and find us another greysheet stock that has made any claim even near that, while under the scrutiny of the SEC. Hell, for that matter, find us a pinksheet that has money in the bank and able to fund operations without dilution. And after you come up with nil, try finding an OTCBB that can say that.
