POTN also did a 1 for 1000 RS to get their SS trimmed down. That's the easy peasy way to get it done, but I highly doubt the management team for RMHB wants to desecrate their personal common stock taken in lieu of cash salary when they can get it done via strong growth of the company. All indicators point to strong growth in progress now, so it won't be long. They should win back the preferred shares in December too.
