I think you're right, but for the sake of accuracy, the Goldman Small Cap Research report referred to a one year target. That's one year from the time the report was released, or mid-Feb. 2019. Even if that target window is slightly early for the fourth quarter 2018 results, I think the analyst was anticipating a very positive impact from those results. I know I am.
