News is that they're seeking a US listing, which would mean getting off the lousy OTC Pink sheets which a lot of smart big money investors avoid like the plague, and with good reason....too many garbage P&D companies.

And here's the chart, which might explain why a company as Prestigious as Rothschild & Co would agree to be engaged by a tiny little Canadian Biotech developing an epigenetic small molecule to treat diseases with arterial components like Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Alzheimers and many many more, even HIV has potential.
