I find it beyond telling you assume financial factual information regarding this company is somehow morphed into the CEO being a 'bad guy'.
The current situation where he and the other BOD members hold all of the company's nearly $10,000,000 debt , as well as collateral of all the assets, neither makes him a bad guy or a good guy.
It is the facts..
And the facts are the debt of this company is almost 7 times it's market cap.....the fact is it will take the sale of 30-40 processors to ever eliminate that debt.....the fact is the shares the CEO and supposed shares the founder hold are a fraction in value to collecting on that debt.
