Treaty Energy settled with the SEC because of the overwhelming evidence against it. Treaty Energy has shown no evidence of innocence, or that anybody else was responsible. There also has not been any word from Treaty Energy and Andrew Kramer, or the BOD concerning that. They have settled and left Treaty as an inactive defunct company. That's what is evident.
