Great point about the R&G conflict of interest issue. HL just highlighter its' resolution with his timeline quote "The acquisition is expected to close during the first quarter of CISCO's FY 2019". Either a BO of SFOR (arranged by the R&G M/A office), or settlement by Duo with SFOR, no later than 3/31/19 makes that a non-issue. Thanks to your keen legal observation and HL's excellent post we now are aware of a driver forcing resolution NLT 3/31/19. Exciting times ahead for SFOR!
