yep .. as i just noted elsewhere on another OTC *survivor* (as of Friday's close)
when NR is *successful* in their efforts of triggering retails' emotions .. and parting them from their *shares* .. *volume* increases .. it doesn't decrease in alignment with NRs' relentless PPS *compression*

No question T+0 is needed badly to clean up our markets. That being said most IPIX investors would not have nearly as many shares as they do were it not for the criminals.
