We are exactly where I didn't want to be several months ago. When price started to drop from above 3c I was worried that when the phone contracts actually DID show up, we would be so low in PPS that the only thing that could happen would be that we simply got back to where we were, in mid-high 3s rather than blow past 5c-10c. It appears my fear has become reality.
