It appears Cisco has aggressively pursued stock repurchase on 4th quarter 2017 and 1st quarter 2018. They repurchased approximately 243 million shares at a cost of just over 10 billion. I just thought the timing of the huge increase in share repurchase started about the same time as IPR decision... and our cases....JMO. maybe someone else can find more info on this. Could be just coincidence. any input appreciated.
