There are a few takeaways for me.
1. Companies like Twitter and FB can't assume because they have a lot of users today, they will tomorrow. Anyone remember Myspace, Yahoo Search Engine, etc.?
2. They need to keep evolving or something new will come along and put them out of business. I remember Rory talking about LinkedIn. It needs to evolve and they are trying. Enhancements coming to notifiD that will be disruptive. Wonder who asked for the enhancements?
3. You can't improve what you don't measure.
