Perhaps others can answer better about how to research private company valuations.
I can however point to their "about" page at the bottom which indicates annual 100+ million recurring revenues in 2017. I don't know what their revenue projections are for 2018 but there was continued strong growth in the authentication market generally in Q1 2018. They also have hundreds of employees which they have to pay, so the PE of this deal may be really large and/or their revenues are increasing dramatically from last year.
