$SFOR Would you take $2.3B offer on the table, if you have to shed say 2% of that value by settling with SFOR? IMO they will run and grab it with both hands.
So, question is- Don't you think they have planned or thought about this before accepting this offer?

CISCO is interested in 12,000 customers where they can push software product/licences acquired from DUO. After the IPR win, DUO was on the verge of settlement before Alice pops up.
DUO can't delay this settlement past November , and IMO this will be settled much before CISCO Acquisition closes. DUO will be more motivated now after $2.3B cash offer & why not?
