Given the relationships with McAfee/Intel and R&G (TPG's legal team) I'm not seeing Cisco as a the buyer. Maybe possible buyer but I'm still leaning toward TPG as McAfee is looking to be a leader in OOBA and that won't happen without SF IP. Business to business with Cisco (and everyone else), but I think McAfee wants to be on top. Only my opinion. Hopefully we'll know soon enough.
