If diluters decided to wait until this PPS to sell they are not very smart unless they are also shorting and if they are doing that they are manipulators and not much anyone can do about that.

If I'm going to sell a ton of shares to dilute the stock I'm not going to wait until this price happens. I'd hold.

That being said I'll admit I'm not an educated trader so maybe that doesn't make sense either.
