I've been going back and forth with the IR team over at AXCG and finally Chris Carey (CEO) sent me a little note. I've pasted it below, looks PROMISING IMO!:

Gander.tv is really doing well, I hope you have had a chance to spend some time on our site. We are getting amazing statistics on traffic, with over 20,000 page views in December and people staying on average over 5 ½ minutes. In Internet time, this is really big! We have established a very strong value proposition to our venue clients and to the consumer. 

We are continuing to grow and are starting to charge for services including monthly subscription and social media marketing support. We will lose money while we expand our network and services, so we expect to continue to raise capital to fuel the business. 

Yes, we hope to have news released shortly.
