Yeah, the only other reason I can think of for the share issue was maybe to bring on board some investor for the swap station project. A private placement perhaps.

Since the SS wasn't updated for a few months we don't know exactly when the shares were issued, but we'll know exactly what they were used for in either the next filing or Q3 dependent on that issue date.

In either case, the fact that the company is now paying the OTC for that service suggests they're getting ready to do something. All eyes on WYSOS.
