Almost all posts overnight bring up good points. The problem is that no-one knows what really is going on, the lack of transparency is the reason we are guessing and the reason the stock price is where it is.

In my opinion, I think the DE is real and only the penalty portion is negotiable. Which is why Finra name change has not happened. I think Winston mentioned pay it off in installments. Although that is an option Finra will not approve name change until final payment is made.

I'm hoping that SB will release some great news soon that will change the attitude of people and stock price.
